Mini Eggplant
Everything’s a dash more adorable in pocket-size, and our new mini eggplant is no egg-ception! A beautiful transition from grape hued flowers to plump nutrient-dense aubergine is rich in antioxidants.Ā
Baked, roasted, or fried, these pint-sized eggplants embody a beautiful earthy taste and absorbs flavors while cooking.
American Mustard
Intense and spicy, American mustard adds a zing to salads, and is a punchy alternative to everyday condiments on sandwiches. A member of the BrassicaĀ family, American Mustard is cousins with broccoli, cabbage, kale, and cauliflower.
Blue Cornflower
A garden staple, treasured for intense blue blossoms, cornflowers grow wild in unkempt lands, creating beautiful meadows of blue. Gorgeous to look at casually settled in a vase, blue cornflowers are edible and make a fine garnish or tea.
Bok Choi
In Cantonese, āBok Choiā means āwhite vegetable” and comes in many different colors and sizes. A popular addition to soups and stir fry, bok choi was imported to Korea in the 1930s, where it was fermented to create delicious kimchi.
Red Romaine
The lettuce of choice for many salads, red romaine can also be sprinkled on tacos, nestled in layers on sandwiches, and act as the perfect container for lunch-time wraps. High in vitamin A and potassium red romaine has a firm crunchy texture and a mild, sweet flavor.
